  If there were a way to leave a no start rating I surly would. The level of incompetence in this office is astounding, I insured with them for just over six months and had to find a new policy that was reliable and I could count on the rate remaining the same. The issue started when I purchased a new car, my rate remained the same and then the next month it increased, then I was issued a check for over payment, then I didn't get charged for a month, then without warning my policy almost tripled in cost later to receive a letter stating (policy changes as the reasoning). I work the same hours their office, so I would call whenever I had a moment to speak to someone and always received a voicemail or would get directed to the call center who would take my number and assure me someone would call me back. 9 out of 10 times I would never get a call back, and on the rare occasion someone would call me back I would be working and miss the call, so in an attempt to get clarification about the increase in rates I would call back and again get their voicemail. The call center always told me the office I was working with had "locked out my account" so they could not access the information so they could not assist me. It was a continuous runaround so I left, I was however told that I would receive a refund for overpayment. I have yet to see this refund and the call center can't tell me when it is coming or for how much it is which results in them transferring me to Lorie’s office where I can't reach anyone! I finally reached someone today and the only thing I learned was that they were really busy (the reason for Cory never returning my call) and that he couldn't help me because he was new. Lorie was going to call me back, but only at a time when I would be working and unable to receive a phone call. Terrible office, wouldn't recommend.

  I gave them 1 star because the people that work there are pleasant. I find it unpleasant that they delayed my mortgage though. I won't get into all the details, but I will say that they are uncommunicative to the title holder but will have conversations with the Realtor about the status of the transaction. When I asserted myself and asked them to communicate with me they finally did. When we arrived for closing we had to sign the same papers twice, we received an incomplete packet, the numbers weren't correct and when we received money back it was with no letter and no explanation. I have no respect for their services and they weren't professional to me in my situation. I can not recommend them based on their lack of communication and the flippant way they handled me during a really stressful time in my life. Find someone else.
